The "hello my name is" shirt is inspired by this one sticker you find in every city and at every urban space. Placed by graffiti artists to let people remember their tagnames. However I never saw it on a shirt so...you are welcome ;)
As you can see on the photos you can also spray and paint on it like on a canvas. It is made out of thick material so the fabric does not get crusty when you apply the paint.
